Q: What is Property Styling?
Property styling is not about spending vast amounts of money on expensive designer furnishings. It is about being clever with your budget and stretching it as far as possible to present your property to appeal to a wide range of buyers or prospective tenants.
Q: What are the benefits of Property Styling?
Viewers' first impressions are a key factor in selling or renting your property. A professionally styled home provides a vastly improved initial impression and therefore increases the likelihood of the viewer falling in love with it! It will also photograph better, making it more appealing in both brochures and in website marketing.
Q: How long will it take to style my property?
Our property presentation services range from a one-day re-style, using your own furniture and accessories and adding items when necessary, through to complete show home design; sourcing; furnishing and dressing, which may take between 1 and 3 weeks until installation. Installation will in most cases be completed in one day.
Q: What does your Show Home Service involve?
The Beautiful Home Company's Show Home Service involves comprehensively furnishing and styling your property. Furnishing includes supplying all of the necessary furniture required to define the function of each room in your property. Styling involves placing furniture and adding accessories: bedding; towels; lamps; selected artwork; rugs; mirrors etc. In fact all that is necessary to give your property the 'wow factor'!
We also offer cleaning services, professional photography and brochure design.
Q: Why are you different from other companies offering furniture rental?
We do a lot more than simply provide furniture! Our property stylists will give you impartial advice on how to attract your target market whilst keeping within your budget. We offer a full range of services for you to choose from and you can decide at the outset how involved you want to be or you can simply leave it all up to us!
Q: How much will it cost?
Each project is unique and will be priced individually but generally the cost of property styling is relative to the market value of your property and your target market. A one-day re-style will cost from £400.00 plus the cost of any additional items supplied.

Our client base is primarily located in Hampshire and West Sussex and the Isle of Wight.
Q: Why should we use you when there are cheaper alternatives?
Some of our clients have tried to DIY their showhomes in the past and have found the whole process stressful and time-consuming and the end-result not as appealing as they would have wished! Others have chosen cheaper furniture rental companies but have been disappointed in the lack of accessories provided. The Beautiful Home Company has a team of stylists who are experienced in selecting furniture and accessories to appeal to your target market and know how to dress the property in order to achieve the desired 'look'. We select the most appropriate items from our trusted suppliers to ensure that you receive the best quality items at a competitive price. We pride ourselves in not leaving a property until it looks 'right'.... and we always clear up afterwards! If requested, we can also supply professional photos and brochure/marketing materials.
Q: We would like to discuss with you our options for our showhome, what happens next?
Fantastic! email us and we will discuss your needs. If appropriate we will then arrange a free initial consultation. We will visit your property to discuss the best plan of action and then provide a written assessment and obligation-free estimate. To go ahead, all we will need from you is a signed booking form and payment of a 50% deposit. We will then put together your unique showhome package; arrange to collect your keys; furnish and dress your property; clean thoroughly; and finally return your keys! We do it all so you don't have to!
